Vision and values
Sonke Support began as a local Sunshine Coast provider focused on practical NDIS support that feels steady, human, and useful in everyday life. Our work covers community access, in-home routines, household tasks, and practical skill development.
We place weight on staff fit, communication, and realistic support arrangements. Before accepting support, we look at the participant's goals, location, routines, risks, and whether we can provide a consistent match.
Meet the team
Ruan
Founder & Support Worker
Qualified in Behavioural Science (Psychology) with experience supporting young people with ADHD, autism, and related needs. Ruan remains involved in support work, mentoring staff, and shaping Sonke's practice standards.
Rudy
Founder & Recruitment Lead
Co-founder supporting recruitment, team development, and operations. Rudy brings experience from farming, logistics, recruitment, and business ownership into building a reliable support workforce.
Izanne
Client Care & Administration
Client care and administration lead with long experience across business administration, aged care, and disability support. Izanne helps families, participants, and referrers connect with the right next step.
