Vision and values
Sonke Support was established in 2024 as an NDIS registered provider based in Buderim. We deliver comprehensive disability support services across the Sunshine Coast region, covering in-home care, household assistance, community access, group programs, and skill development services.
Our approach centres on tailoring support to individual goals while promoting participation and inclusion. We maintain high safety standards and deliver services aligned with recognised quality measures set by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Ruan
Founder & Support Worker
Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) with six years of experience. Specialises in supporting young people with ADHD, ASD, and related conditions while mentoring the Sonke team.
Rudy
Founder & Recruitment Lead
Co-founder responsible for organisational development. Background in farming, logistics, and recruitment, bringing operational experience to building a strong support team.
Izanne
Client Care & Administration
Over 25 years in business administration, aged care, and disability support. Primary contact point for client enquiries and day-to-day operations.
